Where are my products?

All the digital products you've purchased can be found in the Members' Area. We send you your current login details every time you make a purchase, but sometimes the emails get lost in the ether! So if you're not sure what your current login is, here's how to get it:

  1. Go to this link:
    http://www.perrymarshall.com/members_area/login/
  2. Enter your email address in the "Lost password?" box (see picture below).
  3. Your new password will be emailed to you.




If your login isn't working, make sure you're not copying any extra spaces before or after the username or password!

If you actually ordered something physical that will come in the mail, please allow up to 6 weeks for international shipments to arrive, and up to 10 business days for shipments within the US.

If it's been that long and you still haven't gotten your package, email the support team at support@perrymarshall.com and we’ll get your tracking number for you to see where your book is.
